Committed to helping individuals deal effectively with serious mental illness, to support their recovery and to assist them in pursuit of meaningful and satisfying lives, Easter Seals Adult Mental Health provides a continuum of person centered mental health services for adults with serious and persistent mental illness over age 18:
Services in OAKLAND COUNTY include: Case management, individual and group therapy Psychiatric evaluation and medication management Residential, vocational, supported community employment Services for individuals with Co-Occurring Disorders Geriatric/medically fragile case management ACT (Assertive Community Treatment) crisis services Nursing Clinic Psychosocial Rehabilitation Psychoeducation groups Consumer advisory groups State Hospital screenings and discharge planning
