Adult Mental Health Services

Committed to helping individuals deal effectively with serious mental illness, to support their recovery and to assist them in pursuit of meaningful and satisfying lives, Easter Seals Adult Mental Health provides a continuum of person centered mental health services for adults with serious and persistent mental illness over age 18:

Services in OAKLAND COUNTY include:
Case management, individual and group therapy
Psychiatric evaluation and medication management
Residential, vocational, supported community employment
Services for individuals with Co-Occurring Disorders
Geriatric/medically fragile case management
ACT (Assertive Community Treatment) crisis services
Nursing Clinic
Psychosocial Rehabilitation
Psychoeducation groups
Consumer advisory groups
State Hospital screenings and discharge planning

Additionally, Adult Mental Health Services offers:

Collaborative Solutions (Jail Diversion and Post-Adjudication Services): Mental health services for those who have some type of current legal involvement such as probation or parole, as well as diversion from jail into treatment for those who have committed non violent misdemeanors. 1 866 212 4389 or contact us. Transitions: A mental health continuum of services designed to help young adults between ages 18 and 25 effectively manage their symptoms, work on educational and career goals, personal relationships, and move toward independence. 1 866 212 4389 or contact us.

Dreams Unlimited Clubhouse: Located in Royal Oak, with a focus on mental health wellness and recovery, clubhouse members provide support to one another, partake in social/recreational activities, build skills, and take advantage of opportunities through the career club, independent and supported employment, transitional employment, and supported education. 1 866 296 3635 or contact us.

Drop In Center: A daytime hospitality center in Oak Park where persons with mental illness can socialize and receive support. 1 800 75 SEALS or contact us.
