Helping people with disabilities Easter Seals Michigan's Program Overview Brochure Children and adults with disabilities and other special needs find proven, best-practice services designed to meet their individual needs at Easter Seals Michigan. Expert health professionals from a variety of disciplines work with each person to overcome obstacles to independence through person centered planning.
Adult Services: Easter Seals Michigan provides a comprehensive array of behavioral health services to support the recovery of individuals with a serious mental illness or co-occurring mental health and substance use disorder.
Behavioral Health Services Centro Latino Collaborative Solutions Dreams Unlimited Clubhouse: Dreams is a wellness, recovery program where members provide support to one another. They participate in social/recreational activities, build skills, and take advantage of opportunities through the career club, independent and supported employment, transitional employment, and supported education. Services in Spanish and Russian AgrAbility: Statewide program offered in partnership with Michigan State University Extension, Michigan Farm Bureau, Michigan Rehabilitation Services, and United Cerebral Palsy to provide need assessment and resource information for adaptive equipment for farmers who have an injury, disability or illness and need accommodations to continue farming. Family Services: Comprehensive, multi-faceted, community-based services for families with children from birth through 18 years of age in Genesee, Kent and Oakland Counties.
