Providing services throughout the life spectrum for people with disabilities and their families Children and adults with mental and physical disabilities and other special needs find proven, best practice services designed to meet their individual needs when they come to Easter Seals Michigan. Health professionals from a variety of disciplines work with each person to overcome obstacles to independence, and to reach his/her personal goals through person centered planning. Please click on the links below for a more detailed explanation of each program. AgrAbility: Statewide program offered in partnership with Michigan State University Extension, Michigan Farm Bureau, Michigan Rehabilitation Services, and UCP to provide assessment and linkage to sources for adaptive equipment for farmers who have an injury, disability or illness and need accommodations to continue farming. Children's Health Services: A variety of early intervention therapeutic services offered statewide for children with autism, speech and language delays, emotional, motor and social skill issues, as well as sensory integrative dysfunction. Services for Adults with Developmental Disabilities: Easter Seals Michigan offers services at our Flint location for adults with developmental disabilities. Mental Health Services: Easter Seals Michigan offers a variety of mental health services in Oakland and Genesee counties serving all from “twinkle to wrinkle”:
